Abstract

In recent years, the issue of sex crimes, which has been extensively popularized in college, has become a controversy due to the serious problems of professors and seniors and the problems caused by the organizational hierarchy, and it has become urgent to establish fundamental solutions and preventive measures. So, in the traditional era of the past, there was no sex crime in Sungkyunkwan, which is the best educational institution in the Joseon Dynasty. There was no female instructor in Sungkyunkwan, and there were no female ladies, but because there were maidens, it was judged that there would be a possibility of sexual crimes in violation of the law. In the end, I was able to deal with sexual crimes related to Sungkyunkwan, focusing on the "Joseon Dynasty Annals". As a result, it is found that sex offenses involving instructors and students in Sungkyunkwan, which is the highest education institution in the Joseon Dynasty, have occurred in Sungkyunkwan even though it is a male-centered society, I realized that there were problems. Sungkyunkwan’s maidens, who mainly work in the food industry, were the victims. If the Sungkyunkwan-related sex crime problem occurred, the King and the mediator had troubles and disputes to deal with the case, and they concluded through investigations and investigations, and confirmed that they tried various ways to prevent the recurrence.
