초록
초등학교 자연환경교육을 효과적으로 수행하기 위해 학교 교육과정 내에서의 자연환경교육과 관련된 중점교과 내용을 분석하고 효과적인 교육 방업은 무엇인가를 알아보기 위하여 수행한 연구결과를 정리하면 다음과 같다. 자연환경교육수준은는 1-4학년에서는 주로 교과서의 범위 내에서 5-6학년에서는 교과서 이외에 일반 환경내지는 지역환경을 함께 다루는 것이 좋은 것으로 나타났다. 수업 방법으로는 야외수업이 효과적이며 환경관련 시설 견학 및 야외 관찰이 바람직한 것으로 나타났다. 초등학생에 맞는 교과 주제로 교사들은 생태계, 자연보호, 인간과 자연, 동식물, 물/수자원 등이며 중요 주제는 학년에 따라 다르게 나타났다.
Abstract
The main purpose of this study that was performed by yhe survey to elementary school teachers was to analysis elementary school curriculum and the proper way for natural environmental education of elementary school students. The level of natural environmental education were different depending on the grade. The contents of the textbook suitable for grades 1~4 and the contents of the textbook and basic social and the local environment issues suitable for grade 5-6. The best way for natural environmental education was outdoor classes teaching method rather than indoor classroom teaching method. For the natural environmental education, there are important contents such as ecosystem, environmental protection, human and nature, animals and plants, and water resources. Also the subjects of natural environmental education were different depending on the grade.
