생태관광 선택속성별 선호도 평가

초록

본 연구의 목적은 생태관광 선택속성의 선호도를 규명하는 것이다. 먼저 이론 및 선행연구고찰을 통해서 생태관광 선택속성을 도출하고 컨조인트 분석을 통해서 어떠한 선택속성을 관광객이 가장 선호하는지를 규명하였다. 분석결과, 응답자들은 가족들과 함께, 생물자원이 있는 생태관광지에서, 직접체험 프로그램에 참여하고, 펜션에서 숙박하면서, 1인당 10만원 미만의 여행경비를 쓰는 것을 가장 선호하는 것으로 나타났다. 더불어 선호하는 속성과 그렇지않은 속성간의 효용차이가 분명하게 나타남을 확인할 수 있었다. 안내책자나 영상 등을 통한 간접체험 프로그램, 직장동료와의 동행, 20만원 이상의 소요금액 등은 생태관광을 선택시 선호하는 하지 않는 조건인 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구결과는 수요자인 관광객의 입장에서 생태관광 활성화 정책을 수립하는데 활용할 수 있을 것이다.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to evaluate on preference degree of ecotourism choice attributes(ECAs) in order to present policy directions for invigorating ecotourism in side of tourists. To this end, this research designated five ECAs based on the foregoing results and literature reviews, and identified important factors for encouragement of ecotourism through conjoint analysis. The results of research indicated that potential ecotourists preferred 1) going with family, 2) visitation of ecological resource, 3) participation in actual experience program, 3)using pension, 4) per capita travelling expenses averages less than 100,000. On the other hand, potential ecotourists didn’t prefer 1) going with company, 2) visitation of geological resource, 3) participation in indirect experience program, 3) lodging at a rental house, 4) per capita travelling expenses averages more than 200,000relatively. Increasing high quality education programs on various ecological and historical themes at ecotour regions with family is most important thing for invigorating ecotourism.
