Clinical clerkship is the most important process in medical education because medical student can acquire knowledge, clinical performance and attitude that are essential for the future physician but can not be acquired by other education methods. Nevertheless, it has been found that there are many limitations and problems in clinical practice education from the time of introduction until now. To overcome limitations of clinical practice education and solve problems, medical education researchers have been conducting various researches so far. However, most of the existing studies have been studied with quantitative methodology, and there have been few studies on communication that have important functions in the clinical education. The purpose of this study is to clarify the attitudes of the clinical teachers to the practical students and the human relationship between them during the clinical clerkship. The qualitative research method is used for the identifying communication disorders in the 174 reports about the communication experience of the students collected between 2015-2017. Through this study we expect to identify also the problems of clinical practice education and ultimately to contribute to improve the efficiency of clinical practice education.
