음양평형 산림치유 프로그램 개발을 위한 한의학적 고찰

본 연구는 한의학적인 고찰을 통하여 산림치유프로그램에 접목 가능한 요소를 도출하고, 한의학적 산림치유프로그램을 개발하기 위한 이론을 정립하고자 하였다. 따라서 한의학 이론에 기초하여 산림치유 프로그램 개발을 위한 이론 정립과 프로그램의 방향성을 다음과 같이 설정하였다. 첫째, 대상자를 음인과 양인으로 분류하기 위해 기 연구된 설문지를 인용하여 음과 양의 정도별 값을 다섯 단계로 정량화하였다. 둘째, 한의학에서 방제 내의 하나 하나의 약(藥)이라고 할 수 있는 산림치유인자를 취상비류(取象比類)의 방법으로 음적, 양적 치유인자로 분류를 하고, 다섯 단계의 음과 양의 값으로 정량화 하였다. 최종적으로 한의학에서 치료 처방 방제 결구의 형식으로 산림치유인자를 구성하여 음인에게는 양적 위주의 치유인자로 구성된 프로그램을 적용하고, 양인에게는 음적 위주의 치유인자로 구성된 프로그램을 적용하여 산림치유 대상자의 상태를 음양평형의 상태로 회복시키고자 하는 것을 한의학적 산림치유프로그램의 기본으로 하였다.
Abstract
This study tried to derive factors that can be grafted into the forest healing program through oriental medical examination, and to establish a theory for developing the oriental medicine forest healing program. Therefore, based on the theory of oriental medicine, the theory establishment and the direction of the program for the development of a forest healing program were set as follows. First, in order to classify subjects into Yin Ren and Yang Ren the values of each degree of Yin and Yang were quantified in five stages by citing the questionnaire previously studied. Second, forest healing factors which can be said to be individual medicines in control in oriental medicine were classified into Yin and Yang healing factors by the method of Chwisangbiryu(取象比類), and quantified with five levels of Yin and Yang values. Finally, after composing forest healing factors in the form of treatment prescription and control in oriental medicine, a program composed of healing factors of Yang was applied to Yin Ren and a program composed of healing factors of Yin was applied to Yang Ren. In this way, the goal of restoring the state of Yin-Yang equilibrium was set as the basis of the oriental medicine forest healing program.
