텍스트마이닝을 활용한 정선군의 산림 기반 웰니스 관광지 선택속성 분석

본 연구는 강원도 정선군의 산림 기반 웰니스 관광지를 방문한 이용객의 인식을 알기 위해 수행되었다. 정선군의 산림을 기반으로 한 대표 웰니스 관광지와 산림복지시설인 ① 가리왕산자연휴양림, ② 로미지안가든, ③ 백두대간생태수목원, ④파크로쉬 리조트앤웰니스, ⑤ 하이원리조트를 방문한 이용객의 인식 및 주요 관광지 선택 속성을 탐색하였다. 이를 위해 텍스트마이닝을 활용하여 단어 빈도 분석, TF-IDF 분석, 감성 분석, LDA 토픽모델링을 수행하였다. 연구대상지 5곳의 네이버(Naver)와 다음(Daum)에서 제공하는 온라인 리뷰를 2004년부터 2024년까지 수집하였고, 텍스트 정제화 과정을 거쳐 이용객의 인식 및 선택속성을 분석하였다. 연구 결과는 첫째, 가리왕산자연휴양림의 경우 캠핑장 시설 등이 주요 강점 요인이고, 등산 탐방로 코스와 숙박 시설이 주요 선택 속성임을 알 수 있었다. 둘째, 로미지안가든은 카페 아라미스 및 치유의 숲 시설 등이 주요 강점 요인이고, 자연 관광 매력, 글램핑 시설 및 먹거리 등이 주요 선택 속성임을 알 수 있었다. 셋째, 백두대간생태수목원은 산림 생태문화 체험단지를 산책하며 자연을 누리는 것이 주요 강점 요인이고, 정원 이용 및 접근성 등이 주요 선택 속성임을 알 수 있었다. 넷째, 파크로쉬 리조트앤웰니스는 특화된 웰니스 프로그램과 수영장 및 사우나 등의 웰니스 시설이 주요 강점 요인이고, 가족 단위 방문객 및 조식 코스 등이 주요 선택 속성임을 알 수 있었다. 다섯째, 하이원리조트는 숙박시설과 스키 등이 주요 강점 요인이고, 사계절 액티비티 관광지, 야생화 축제 등이 주요 선택속성임을 알 수 있었다. 본 연구는 정선군의 산림 기반 웰니스 관광지를 대상으로 온라인 리뷰 데이터를 분석하여 이용객의 인식과 선택속성을 도출하였다는 점에서 새로운 분석 접근을 시도하였다. 이용객이 산림 기반 웰니스 관광지를 통해 치유와 회복의 긍정적 경험을 하고 있음을 밝혀냄과 동시에 LDA 토픽모델링을 통해 도출된 결과를 바탕으로 관광지별 실무적 시사점을 제시함으로써 이론적·실용적 기여를 동시에 달성했다는데 의의가 있다.
Abstract
This study was conducted to find out the perceptions of visitors who visited forest-based wellness tourism tourist attractions in Jeongseon-gun, Gangwon-do. This study explored the perception and selection attributes of tourists who visited ① Gariwangsan Natural Recreation Forest, ② Romyzian Garden, ③ Baekdudaegan Ecological Arboretum, ④ Park Roche Resort and Wellness, and ⑤ High1 Resort, which are representative wellness tourist attractions based on the forest in Jeongseon-gun, Gangwon-do. To this end, text mining was used to analyze word frequency, TF-IDF analysis, emotion analysis, and LDA topic modeling. Data was collected from 2004 to 2024 from online reviews of Naver and Daum about five sites, and the perception and selection attributes of visitors were analyzed through the text refining process. As a result of the study, first, in the case of the Gariwangsan Natural Recreation Forest, it was found that camping site facilities are major strength factors recognized, and hiking trail courses and accommodation facilities are major selection attributes. Second, In Romyzian Garden, it was found that Cafe Aramis and healing forest facilities are major strength factors recognized, and natural tourism attractiveness, glamping facilities, and food are major selection attributes. Third, Baekdudaegan Ecological Arboretum is found to be a major strength factor recognized to enjoy nature while walking through the forest ecological and cultural experience complex, and garden use and accessibility are the main optional attributes. Fourth, In Park Roche Resort and Wellness, specialized wellness programs and wellness facilities such as swimming pools and saunas are the main strength factors recognized, while family visitors and breakfast courses are the main optional attributes. Fifth, High1 Resort, accommodation facilities and skiing are the main strength factors recognized, and the main optional attributes are four-season activity tourist attractions and wildflower festivals. This study attempted a new analysis approach in that it derived the perception and selection attributes of visitors by analyzing online review data for forest-based wellness tourist attractions in Jeongseon-gun. In particular, it is meaningful that the user has achieved both theoretical and practical contributions based on the results derived through LDA topic modeling while revealing that the users are experiencing positive experiences of healing and recovery through forest-based wellness tourist destinations.
