The recovery of illegal asset, refers to the system of pursuing the property which were obtained by corruption criminals directly or indirectly ,or equipment and other tools used in the crime through judicial assistance procedure. For a long time the legislative body in china had been considering the problem of recovery criminal gains and confiscation of criminal property, along with the development of china's economy and the universalization of international association, the phenomenon of corruption crime property flight is getting more and more serious. The completing the mechanism of recovering illicit money from the corrupt officials fleeting abroad of china is a complex engineering, and the fight against corruption crime will last for a long time.
