고속철도 역세권 도입기능의 중요도 평가지표 개발 및 오송역세권 사례 적용

Abstract

This study intended to develop for assessment indexes of proper functions in O-song rapid transit railway area. To develop for assessment indexes of proper functions, this study has make a selection of 9 assessment indexes based on the related studies and compared assessment indexes through Analytic Hierarchy Process. Also this study has extracted 8 functions and measured for 8 functions in O-song Rapid Transit Railway Area. Finally, this study has verified the effect of this study through multiple regression analysis.The main results assessed are the followings. First, according to the result calculating relative importance between 9 assessment index, index 1(the facilities demand)&index 2(the synergy effect)&index 3(the project feasibility) are very important. Second, the result of assessment index of 8 functions indicate that function 1(the transportation)&function 2(the research&development) are very important.The above results indicated that O-song Rapid Transit Railway Area has an effect on significance of central Korea by The Ho-Nam Rapid Transit Railway Hub Station, a gateway of The New Administration City and O-Song Bio-Health Science Park development.
