본고에서는 인천을 중심으로 직장과 주거지 사이에 발생하는 역외통근통행을 분석함으로써 인천과 주변도시들간의 상호작용패턴 변화를 고찰하였다. 인천에서 발생하는 역외통근통행에서는 서울을 도착지로 하는 비중이 커지는 반면, 인천으로 유입되는 역외통근통행에서는 경기도를 출발지로 하는 통행의 비중이 증가하였다. 즉 인천은 서울에 대해서 통근통행의 종속도가 증가하였고, 경기도에 대해서는 지배력이 증가하고 있음을 확인할 수 있다. 인천과 외부지역간 통근통행의 변화는 공간상호작용패턴의 변화를 수반하였다. 인천에서 유출되는 역외발생통행에서는 두 시기 모두 부평구가 주요 출발지로 기능하는 패턴의 설명력이 가장 높았는데, 부평구의 주요 도착지 범위는 시간이 흐름에 따라 광역화되었다. 그리고 추출된 유동패턴에서 주요 출발지의 순위에도 변화가 발생하였다. 인천으로 유입되는 역외흡수통행에 의한 유동패턴에 대한 분석에서도, 시간이 흐름에 따라 인천으로 유입되는 역외통근통행의 주요 출발지 분포가 광역화되었다.
Abstract
This research examined the changes of spatial interaction patterns between Incheon and its surrounding cities through an analysis of inter-regional commuting trips. The ratio of inter-regional commuting trips from Incheon to Seoul increased, while the commuting inflow toward Incheon was mainly increased by the trips from the Gyeonggi Province. Thus this fact shows that Incheon?s dependency to Seoul has increased, while Incheon?s dominance to Gyeonggi Province has also increased. The inter-regional commuting trips between Incheon and surrounding cities clearly shows the changing pattern of spatial interaction among this region. The main origin of Incheon?s outflows in inter-regional commuting trips was Bupyeong-Gu which had high functional interpretation for this trip patterns and its destinations toward the surrounding areas were further broad-sphere. Also, there has been the changes of order in major origins of inter-regional commuting trip flows. Between compared period, the main origin of Incheon?s inflows in inter-regional commuting trips also show the growing trend of broad-sphere.
