본 논문은 사회적 문제로써 대학생들의 자살 충동 요인 분석과 이에 따른 예방 교육에 대한 필요성과 내용에 관한 연구이다. 이 연구는 대학생 설문 조사 결과를 토대로 심리적, 사회적, 존재론적, 정신의학적 자살충동요인을 분석했다. 설문결과로 보면 자살충동 원인으로는 ‘우울증 등 정신건강문제’(35.8%)가 가장 많았다. 우울증 외에 학우들이 꼽은 자살 원인은 인간관계(16.3%), 가족 간의 불화(14.0%), 성적(6.5%) 카드 빚 등 경제적 빈곤(5.1%), 취업(3.2%) 등이 있었다.구체적인 요인으로써 심리학적 원인은 죄책감, 사랑의 상실감으로 인한 비통함, 미움, 분노, 절망, 자존감 상실로 인한 자학, 이중적 감정, 참을 수 없는 고통으로부터의 탈출하지 못하는 절망, 비이성적인 사후관 등이 있다. 사회적 요인으로는 인간관계의 어려움, 학업성취의 문제, 가정파괴, 가난문제, 가정의 병리학적 문제, 자살수단에 쉽게 노출된 환경 등이 있다. 존재론적인 요인으로는 삶의 의미와 의지의 상실문제로 인하여 죽음을 선택할 수 있다는 것이다. 정신의학적인 요인으로는 정신병, 우울증, 만성적 질병, 충격 조절 능력의 상실, 스트레스, 곤고함, 피로 등이 있다.그러므로 자살충동요인에 따른 예방교육으로써 존재의식의 교육이 필요하다. 왜냐하면 존재의식의 결여는 자살충동의 결과를 초래할 수 있기 때문이다. 그 외에도 생명의 존엄성 교육, 가치관 교육, 죽음 이후의 세계관 교육이 필요하다. 특별히 진지하고 온전한 삶으로 이끌어주기 위하여 우리의 교육에 죽음 교육의 필요성이 절박하다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to analyze the cause of University Students suicide impulse in their suicide behavior as one of the social problems, and to present the necessity for the preventive education against it. This study analyzed the psychological, social, existential, pathological causes of the suicide impulse through the reports. As the universal result, melancholia(35.8%), there are human relationship(16.3%), family discord(14.0%), studies result(6.5%), card debt and financial poverty(5.1%), lose job(3.2%). As the concrete facts, psychological factors were guilt conscience, the grief over the loss of love, hatred, revenge, dispair, the self-maltreatment due to self-identity deprivation, despair, duplicate emotion, the desire to escape from unbearable pain, irrational posthumous view. The social factors were the difficulty from interpersonal relation, the problem of scholastic achievement, family destruction and poverty, family pathology, the environment exposed easily to suicide means. The existential factors. which might mean that human should be mortal, destroyed the meaning and will to live. The pathological factors were mental disease, melancholia, chronic disease, the deprivation to impulse control ability, stress, hunger, fatigue. Therefore as the preventive education against those suicide impulse factors, the education on the existence consciousness is necessary because erroneous consciousness of existence have a likely effect upon the suicide impulse. Besides the education about dignity of life and the view of the worth and the education about the view of the world after death. Especially the education on death is rather urgently necessary to our education in order to lead our honest and desirable life.
