화용론적 의미의 의미 - 내용 측면과 조건 측면에서의 화용론적 의미 -

Abstract

In studies of the meaning of grammatical forms in Korean linguistics, the term pragmatic meaning has been used with two distinct interpretations: pragmatic meaning in terms of content and pragmatic meaning in terms of conditions. The former refers to meanings that incorporate the speech situation or context as part of their content, while the latter refers to meanings that treat the speech situation or context as a condition on which they depend. They do not always overlap but intersect in part, forming a cross-cutting yet distinguishable relationship. By distinguishing these two types of pragmatic meaning, we can first achieve a more precise understanding of this complex concept, thereby reducing confusion. Furthermore, such a distinction provides a useful tool for the description and explanation of semantic phenomena in Korean, including the relationship between grammaticalization and pragmaticalization.
