Further, BPU produced a model of extra-parliamentary bodies. BPU's origin was Birmingham's unemployment and famine after 1815. BPU consistently intended to reform currency system and other economic problems.Second, BPU and Attwood held mass meetings to gain their objects from its foundation to passing Reform Act. So BPU and Attwood's movements saved the Reform Bill from defeat. After all, BPU helped to launch English Society on the path of political democracy.
