청소년의 자아존중감 향상을 위한 집단미술치료 효과에 대한 메타분석

초록

본 연구의 목적은 청소년의 집단미술치료가 자아존중감에 미치는 효과를 알아보기 위해, 관련 주제로 출간된 30편의 논문에 대한 동향분석을 실시하였다. 분석을 위하여 CMA 프로그램(Version. 2)을 사용하여 메타분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 동향분석에서는 발행연도별 논문 수, 연구대상의 특성, 사용된척도 등을 중심으로 요약하면, 2011년에 연구가 가장 많이 나타났고, 중․고등학생의 대상 비율은 비슷하게 나타나고, 남녀 혼성 그룹 대상이 주를 이루었고, 마지막으로, 주요척도로는 SEI, SES가 사용되었다. 둘째, 프로그램의 전체 평균 효과크기는 1.29로 매우 크게 나타났고, 자아존중감의 하위요인별로 효과크기의 결과는 총체적자아, 학교에서의 자아, 사회적 자아, 가정에서의 자아의 순으로 나타났다. 셋째, 연구 특징 변수별 효과크기를살펴보면, 학교급은 중학생, 고등학생의 순이었으며, 구성원 특성별로는 비행청소년, 이혼가정, 학교부적응 순으로 나타났다. 또한, 출판생태는 학위논문, 학술지 순이고, 검사도구는 SEI, SES, 주당횟수는 1회, 2회 순으로 나타났다. 넷째, 프로그램 회기 수에서는 12회기에서 14회기 사이의 경우가 가장 높은 효과크기를 나타냈으며, 운영시간에 따른 효과크기는 프로그램을 진행한 시간이 길수록 효과 크기가 크게 나타났다.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of group art therapy on adolescents’ self-esteem. To achieve this, I analyzed trends in 30 articles published on related topic. I performed meta-analysis using the CMA version 2. First, the largest number of studies was published in 2011, the number of middle and high school students in the study was similar, mixed groups were feature, and SEI and SES were used as a main measure. Second, the effect of art therapy programs on average was 1.29 with positive effects on self-esteem. Subordinate factors were that total ego, followed by ego at school, social ego and ego at home. Third, was greatest among middle school students, followed by high school students, juvenile delinquents, divorced family and school maladjustment. These were more common than studies public in academic journals. The most commonly-used instrument for examination, was SEI, was followed by SES, and most sessions were conducted once a week, with twice a week being second-most common. Fourth, programs lasting 12-14 sessions were most effective, and the longer a program lasted, the greater the effect became.
