대마 삽목을 이용한 종자증식 효율

Abstract

To obtain basic information on the breding, pure line preservation and propagation of hemp, thre varieties, Sun-chang local, MS 4-3 and Elitta 5 were investigated for the effect of cutting parts, cutting times, cutting length and storage dura-tion after cutting of plant on rooting ratio. Higher rooting ratio was observed in cutting of shoot and lateral branch in July 5.Optimal cutting time was harvesting time or 5 days after harvesting time and short cutting-duration of zero or 2 days was opti-mal. Also the rooting ratio increased from 12% to 16% in shorter cutting of 10 cm than 15 cm long cutting in shoot, lateralbranch and stem. Cutting parts, times, length and storage showed highly significant difference among the all cutting conditions.Hemp cv. Sunchang local showed higher rooting ratio than the other varieties, MS 4-3 and Elitta 5. Therefore, it was concludedthat hemp, a dioecious plant, could be efectively propagated for pure lines by cutting method, especially with cv. Sunchanglocal.
