“건풍미”는 국립식량과학원 바이오에너지작물연구소에서2008년에 육성한 식용 고구마 신품종으로 식미가 좋고 수량및 건강기능성이 높다. 주요 특성을 요약하면 다음과 같다. 씨고구마의 맹아색은 끝잎색이 옅은 자색을 포함한 녹색이다. 잎모양은 심장형, 잎색은 녹색, 묘의 줄기색은 녹자색이다. 괴근 모양은방추형으로 표피색은 농자색이고, 육색은 농황색이다. 상품성을좌우하는 표피의 형태는 골파짐이 없이 메끄럽다. 선충 및 덩굴쪼김병 저항성은 중강, 검은썩음병과 연부병도 중강을 나타낸다. 또한 저장 중 부패율은 3.0％로 저장성이 강하다. 전분가는 25. 8％로 높고, 당도는 17.3 °Brix로 대비품종과 비슷하다. 유리당함량을 조사한 결과 총당 함량이 5.82 g/100g, dw으로 높다. 당 종류별로는 Sucrose가 4.67 g/100g, dw으로 가장 많이 함유되어 단맛이 높다. 전분의 호화특성은 최고점도(Peak viscosity) 가 높아 전분의 탄력성이 높다. 치반점도(Setback)는 213으로율미보다 전분의 노화가 늦다. 호화개시 온도는 74.7℃로 당화속도가 빠르고 식미가 좋다. 건풍미에 함유된 페놀화합물은 67.2 ㎎/100g, dw으로 많고, 전자공여능에 의한 항산화 활성도 높다. 조기재배 수량은 20.9 t/ha으로 율미와 비슷하고, 만기재배 수량은 20.7 t/ha으로 조기재배보다 다소 낮다.
Abstract
Geonpungmi is a new sweetpotato variety developed by Bioenergy Crop Research lnstitute in the National Institute of Crop Science (NICS) at RDA for table use in 2008. This variety was selected from the cross between Mokpo34 and Southern Queen. Two parents, Mokpo34 and Southern Queen, were crossed in 2002. Selection of elite line was performed for 2 years from 2003 to 2004. Preliminary and advanced yield trials were carried out from 2004 to 2005. The regional yield trials were conducted at six locations from 2006 to 2008. Geonpungmi has cordate leaf, greenish purple vine and petiole, elliptic storage root, dark purple skin and yellow flesh color of storage root. This variety is resistant to fusarium wilt and nematode. The starch value and total sugar content were 25.8％ and 5.82%, respectively. Pasting temperature of starch in Geonpungmi was 74.7℃, and the retrogradation process is earlier than Yulmi. The average yield of storage root is 19.8 ton/ha in the regional yield trials, which is 3% lower than that of Yulmi. The number of marketable storage roots per plant was 2.6 and the average weight of one storage root was 154 g.
