The influence of various location condition factors on house buying has been increasing. Therefore, This study attempts to derive the relative weights of the various location conditions factors based on the house buyer's preference by using the fuzzy decision making analysis. The fuzzy decision making analysis can reflect more normally the uncertainty of the responses' preference than other decision making analysis methods. According to the result, the relative weights of traffic factors and amenities facilities are bigger than that of other factors. Furthermore, the relative weights of the various location conditions factors are different with the area, the generation, and income.
Abstract
