‘무대공연불안척도’의 내용타당도 검증

이 연구는 무대공연에 영향을 미칠 수 있는 불안요소를 평가할 수 있는 '무대공연불안척도'를 개발하고 척도를 구성하고 있는 문항들의 내용타당도를 Lawshe (1975)와 Lynn (1986)이 제안한 방법을 적용하여 검증하는 데 목적이 있다. 18개 문항으로 구성된 '무대공연불안척도'는 무용장르별 전공 교,강사 전체 84명[한국무용(n=21), 현대무용(n=22), 발레(n=22), 실용무용(n=19)]을 전문가 집단으로 선정하고 척도를 구성하는 문항의 중요도를 평가하였다. 무용장르별 전문가 집단이 평가한 문항별 중요도를 기초로 평균과 표준편차를 산출한 후 일원 변량분석(one-way ANOVA)방법과 eta 제곱(η2)을 적용하여 무용장르간 평균 차이를 검증하였다. 문항의 내용타당도는 Lawshe (1975)와 Lynn (1986)이 각각 제안한 CVR (content validity ratio; 내용타당도 비)와 CVI (content validity index; 내용타당도 지수)를 적용하여 검증하였다. ANOVA 결과 무용장르간 전문가가 평정한 문항별 중요도 평균 간에는 전체 18개 문항 중 9개 문항 (# 2, 3, 5, 7, 8, 11, 13, 15, 18)에서 통계적(p<.05), 실제적(η2>.01)으로 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 통계적으로 유의하게 나타난 문항들의 중요도 평균에 따르면 무용장르간에 그 중요도에서 특징적인 차이를 나타내고 있다. 내용타당도 검증(CVR, CVI)결과에 의하면 무용장르 전체를 대상으로 할 때 전문가들이 평가한 무대공연 불안요소를 측정하는 문항 중 '분장', '음식', '공연장의 온도 차이'를 제외하고는 내용타당도 값의 크기에 차이가 있을 뿐 통계적으로는 유의(p<.05)하게 중요한 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 무용장르별로 볼 때 불안요소를 측정하는 중요한 문항의내용타당도는 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 무용장르 전체를 대상으로 불안요소를 측정할 때와 장르별로 측정할 때의 문항구성은 차별적으로 적용해야 함을 시시해 주고 있다.
Abstract
The present study was to test content validity of the items composed of the 'Stage Performance which could evaluate the elements that cause anxiety in stage performance situations. The SPAS consisting of 18 items administered to 21 Korean dance, 22 modern dance, 22 ballet, and 19 practical dance experts. Mean and standard deviation, one-way ANOVA, eta-square for reporting effect size and Lawshe's content validity ratio (CVR) and Lynn's content validity index (CVI) were calculated to examine item content-relevance ratings provided by four different dance type experts on the items presenting the elements that cause anxiety in stage performance situations. The means of item content-relevance ratings provided by four dance type experts showed statistically (p<.05) and practically (η2>.01) significant difference among the four dance types from the 9 itsem (# 2, 3, 5, 7, 8, 11, 13, 15, and 18). However, it was revealed that only three items (#12, 13, and 14) among the 18 items were shown as not content-relevant items from the two content validity coefficients (CVR and CVI). It was suggested that 15 items out of 18 composing of DPES could be utilized as criteria for evaluating the elements that anxiety arising from stage performance situations.Anxiety Scale (SPAS) which was developed for measuring anxiety arising from stage performance situation by applying statistical methods proposed by Lawshe (1975) and Lynn (1986) and to select the relevant items
