이 연구는 국내외 스포츠경기분석 연구의 주요연구동향을 살펴보기 위하여 연구문헌에서 나타난 자료수집 방법, 내용분석 방법, 통계분석 방법의 3가지 관점으로 자료를 분류하고 분석된 결과를 토대로 스포츠경기분석 연구의 발전방향에 대해 제시하는 데 목적을 두었다. 국내 연구문헌의 경우, 최근 20년간 출간된 한국연구재단에 등록된 22개 등재학술지와 2개 등재후보학술지를 전수 조사하였으며, 국외 연구문헌의 경우 최근 5년간 출간된 SCI(Science Citation Index), SSCI(Social Science Citation Index), SCIE(Science Citation Index Expended), SCOPUS에 등록된 11개 등재학술지를 대상으로 분석하여 얻은 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 국내외 연구문헌에서 ‘경기력향상’을 목적으로 한 연구들이 주를 이루고 있었다. 둘째, 국내의 경우 ‘기술분석’에 연구목적을 두는 반면에, 국외의 경우에는 ‘기술분석’, ‘요인분석’, ‘운동학습’에 상당수의 연구가 목적을 두는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 분석기법별로 살펴본 결과, ‘단순자료수집’에 의한 연구가 치중하고 있는 국내의 경우와는 다르게 국외 연구문헌에서는 ‘시퀀스자료수집’에 의한 연구가 높게 나타났으며, 국외 연구문헌의 경우 국내 연구문헌과 비교하여 ‘비모수통계(non-parametric statistics)’의 비중이 높았다. 넷째, 연구대상별로 살펴본 결과, 국내 연구문헌의 경우 ‘일반선수’와 ‘학생선수’를 구분하여 선정하고 있었지만, 국외 연구문헌의 경우 ‘일반선수’와 ‘학생선수’를 비교함으로써 학생선수들이 경기력을 향상시키기 위해서 참고할 수 있는 기초적인 자료를 제공하고 있었다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study was to review the researches of Performance Analysis in Sport for a proposal of further research area and topics in concerned area. The data collection methods, contents analysis methods and statistical approaches were considered for the analysis of literature relating to the Performance Analysis in Sport domestically and internationally. For the analysis, all domestic papers in 22 accredited journals and 2 semi-accredited journals recognized by Korea Research Foundation which published within last 20 years were reviewed. For the international research papers, 11 recognitive journals by SCI, SSCI, SCIE and SCOPUS published within last 5 years were concerned for this study. The results through the comprehensive analysis were following as below;Firstly, both domestic and international researches have considered ‘enhancement of performance’ as a purpose of study. Secondly, domestic researches have more concerned on ‘technical analysis’ than international researches. Thirdly, the ‘simple data collection’ was mostly concerned in domestic researches in spite of ‘sequential data collection’ in international researches. Additionally, the use of ‘non-parametric statistics’ were greater in the international researches rather than the domestic researches. Fourthly, ‘elite player’ and ‘student player’ were often categorized in domestic researches that the comparisons between ‘elite player’ and ‘student player’ were more considered in the international researches regarding to researches on Performance Analysis in Sport.
