다층모형 자료 분석을 적용한 운동선수들의 스포츠인성에 대한 사회심리적 분위기의 효과

이 연구의 목적은 위계적 선형모형(HLM) 분석을 이용하여 운동선수들의 스포츠인성에 영향을 주는 사회심리적 분위기의 수준별 효과를 분석하는데 있다. 연구 참여자는 15개 종목 28개 팀에 소속되어 있는 339명(남자 274명, 여자 65명)의 학생선수들이며, 측정도구로는 케어링 설문지, 동기분위기 설문지, 그리고 스포츠인성 설문지가 이용되었다. 자료 분석에는 SPSS 프로그램을 통해 기술통계 및 설문지의 신뢰도 값이 계산되었고, 다층모형 자료를 분석하기 위해 HLM 프로그램이 이용되었다. 연구결과, 숙달 분위기와 수행 분위기는 개인수준(1수준)뿐만 아니라 팀 수준(2수준)에서도 스포츠인성에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 반면, 케어링 분위기는 1수준과 2수준 모두에서 스포츠인성에 유의한 영향을 미치지 않았다. 또한, 1수준의 개인 예측변수와 2수준의 팀 예측변수 사이에는 상호작용 효과가 나타나지 않았다. 결론적으로, 선수들의 스포츠인성을 발달시키기 위해서는 선수개인의 특성뿐만 아니라 팀 분위기와 같은 환경적 요소를 고려해야한다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study was to identify effects of the social psychological climate on athletes’ sport character employing multilevel models. Participants were 339 student-athletes (274 makes, 65 females) who enrolled in Korean Sport & Olympic Committee. The student-ath1etes were recruited from 28 teams in variety of 15 sports. Measures were the Caring Climate Scale (CCS), Perceived Motivational Climate in Sport Questionnaire (PMCSQ), and Sport Character Scale (SCS). Descriptive analysis and reliability test were undertaken by using SPSS program and multilevel models were analyzed by using HLM program. Results revealed that mastery and performance climate had significant effects while caring climate did not on sport character in both level 1 and level 2. There was no interaction effect on sport character between level 1 and level 2. In conclusion, both level 1 with individual trait and level 2 with environmental factors should be considered to promote athletes’ sport character in sport field.
