본 연구는 정보취약 계층 정보격차 해소의 일환으로 실시되고 있는 장애인 정보화 집합교육의 현황을 교육기회와 교육 내용, 교육인력의 차원에서 연도별로 비교하고 장애인 정보화 교육의 동향을 문제점을 분석해 보고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 첫째, 2005년～2008년까지 지역사회 장애인 정보화 교육기관을 중심으로 교육기관의 분포 및 교육 대상자 현황을 연도별로 비교하고 변화 동향을 분석하였다. 둘째, 교육과정 수와 교육내용을 연도별로 비교하고 변화 동향을 분석하였다, 셋째, 교육인력 현황을 연도별로 비교하고 변화 동향을 분석하였다. 그 결과 첫째, 지역사회 장애인 정보화 교육은 교육 대상자 수의 증가 등의 결과에 비추어 교육기회를 확대시켜 나가고 있다고 할 수 있으나 기관분포와 수, 교육 대상자 수의 지역별 불균형 문제를 여전히 안고 있었다. 둘째, 교육과정과 교육시간 수의 전체적 증가, 전임강사의 비율 증가는 긍정적으로 평가할 수 있다. 그러나 기초과정에 치우친 교육과정과 교육내용의 편성, 이수자의 성별 편향성, 전임강사의 불안정성 등의 현상을 보여 향후 장애인 정보화 교육의 방향성을 결정하는데 고려해야 할 문제들로 드러났다.
Abstract
The purpose of this paper is to analyze the movement of educational opportunity and circumstances of informatization education for the people with disabilities and identify the issues. For this purpose, this study compared the results of the assessment of the informatization educational institutes for the people with disabilities in year of 2005, 2006, 2007, and 2008, which is focused on the geographical distribution of institutions, status of trainees, curricula and educational contents, educational manpower, and educational achievement. As a result, this study found that as followed; First, the number of the trainees has been increasing, which shows the expansion of opportunity of informatization education gradually. However geographical distribution of institutions and number of trainee were imbalanced. Second, the number of contents of curricula and classes, and manpower has been increasing, which shows the improvement of the educational circumstances of informatization education. However the curricula and the contents of class has been opened in beginner's level, and gender of trainees has been imbalanced, and the period of employment of the qualified trainers were short. This issues should be concerned for effective informatization education for the people with disabilities persistently.
