가상 팀의 이론, 형성 그리고 운영에 관한 연구

본 연구는 정보고도화 기술을 이용하여 시간, 공간, 조직, 문화의 경계를 넘어서는 새로운 가상 팀의 형성을 연구하고 이를 배태시킬 수 있는 전략에 대하여 강구하게 되었다. 분석의 틀을 위해 가상 팀의 구성요소를 파악하여 역할, 과정, 기술로 제시하였고 발전전략을 강구할 때에는 여기에 가상 팀의 유형을 추가하여 각각의 대응전략을 구축하였다. 또한 모든 가상 팀의 운영을 위해 공통적으로 적용되면서 필요한 가치는 신뢰(trust)라는 것을 따로 제시하고 신뢰의 단계별 발전전략도 마련하였다.
Abstract
This study was to study the formation of the new virtual team to go beyond the boundaries of time, space, organization, culture and to be embedded by using advanced information technology. For the framework, the components of the virtual team have been proposed the role, process, and technology. Type of virtual team here was constructed by adding each of the coping strategies. However, commonly applied as needed for all of the virtual team operating was 'trust' that presented separately confidence step-by-step development strategy prepared.
