지역정보화 동향 및 향후 연구주제에 관한 연구

최근 지역정보화를 둘러싼 정보통신기술환경이 유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅 환경으로 변화함에 따라 지역의 정치, 경제, 사회, 문화 등 지역사회의 정보화 서비스 수요와 공급이 변화되고 있다. 이 논문에서는 우선 이러한 환경변화에 따른 지역정보화의 동향 분석을 통하여 지역정보화의 개념을 다시 정의한 다음, 향후 연구가 필요한 주제를 패러다임 변화, 제도와 구성체제, 추진과정 및 절차 등 세 가지 측면에서 설정하고, 전문가 설문조사를 통하여 연구주제의 중요도 및 시행시기를 조사분석한 결과를 제시한다.
Abstract
As IT environments are moving towards ubiquitous computing, demands and supply mechanisms of information services in local communities in the fields of politics, economics, society, and culture are changing. This paper, first analyzes current issues on regional informatization, second defines the concept of region informatization, third suggests future research themes in respect of paradigm shifts, legislative systems and informatization process, and finally proposes the importance and the timing of each research theme based on the analysis of the results from the expert survey performed last year.
