Abstract
This thesis is to analize cyber ethical behavior of university students based upon M4C(Media-Contents-Circumstance-Culture-Control) Model and try to compare 2007 With 2020. Considering of tremendous change of digital media, this kind of research have a big relevancy of studying with 10 year terms. At 2007 times, author was focusing to judge relevancy of M4C model with structural equation model but this research is focusing of beta values change with 5 factors including control factor. Analysis data is gathering from questionnaire technique of 289(2007) and 235(2020) numbers and extracts policy implication based upon analysis results. According to analysis results, control and culture factor is a most powerful influencing points to cyber_ethics behavior. Therefore we should build sound and sustainable cyber_ethics through long-term total strategy like individual attitude change and cyber_culture reform rather than short term strategy.
