무용창작능력 향상을 위한 소마중심 표현예술치유 활용 프로그 램 경험에 관한 질적 연구*

본 연구의 목적은 무용창작능력 향상을 위한 소마중심 표현예술치유 활용 프로그램을 경험한 현대무용 전공 대학생들의 경험을 탐색하여 그 의미를 질적으로 규명하는 것이다. 연구의 참여자는 현대무용 전공자 5명이며, 주 1 회 120분씩 16회에 걸쳐 프로그램을 실시하였다. 녹취 및 촬영, 심층 면담, 관찰일지, 경험일지를 기록하여 영역분석법을 통해 그 내용을 영역별로 나누고, 귀납적 내용분석과 분류체계 분석을 통해 범주화하여 참여자들의 프로그램을 통한 무용창작능력 향상에 관한 경험을 질적으로 규명하였다. 연구의 결과는 3개의 상위범주, 10개의하위범주, 21개의 의미 단위로 범주화되었다. 첫째, 탐색의 시선을 신체 감각, 움직임 충동, 정서와 상상의 영역등 외부에서 내면으로 전환하였다. 둘째, 자신의 다양한 특성 및 가능성을 수용 받고, 창작의 흥미를 발견할 수있었다. 셋째, 무용창작 요소의 조화, 춤의 흐름과 공간 발견을 통해 미적 구성의 가능성을 경험 하였다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to explore the experiences of college students majoring in contemporary dance who experienced a dance creation ability improvement program using soma-based expressive arts therapy and qual itatively identify its meaning. The participants of the study were five modern dance majors, and the program was implemented 16 times, once a week, for 120 minutes each time. Recording and filming, in-depth interviews, ob servation diaries, and experience diaries were recorded, and the contents were divided by area through area analy sis, and categorized through inductive content analysis and classification system analysis to qualitatively identify the participants' experiences of improving their dance creation ability through the program. As a result of the study, it was categorized into three superordinate categories, 10 subordinate categories, and 21 semantic units. First, the gaze of exploration was changed from the outside to the inside, such as body sensations, movement im pulses, emotions, and imagination. Second, they were able to discover their interest in creation by accepting their various characteristics and possibilities. Third, the possibility of aesthetic composition was experienced through the harmony of dance creation elements, the flow of dance, and the discovery of space.
