산업체 현장수요 맞춤형 교육과정 개발에 관한 연구 －계명문화대학 세무회계정보과를 중심으로－

Abstract

College is engaged in making constant effort to nurture professionals who can respond actively to correspond with the industrial transition in the future. In this research, a curriculum termed “Custom Made to Meet the Practical Demands from Industry” was developed with the aim to nurture competent human resources who can fulfil the various requirements from Industry. The jobs are encompassing accounting clerk, tax administration clerk and civil servant for tax affairs. In the beginning stage, research on forecast of human resource demands－e.g. job perspectives, employment trends－was implemented along with the analysis of circumstances. Subsequently, surveys & interviews were carried out at the enterprises. In the meantime, surveys on preferable jobs were also conducted against the students. Through this process, core jobs were short listed and a committee for curriculum development was formed covering the field experts for each job category. Job definition, job model and job verification sheet were produced through workshops. The final curriculum table was completed on the basis of K.S.T for each core job. The curriculum presented from this research, reflecting the practical demands from industry, shall need further and continuous improvements.
