NCS 기반 교육과정 개편에 관한 연구－계명문화대학교 세무회계정보과를 중심으로－

Abstract

College education has an obligation to make constant efforts to nurture students as professional and technical manpower qualified with desirable personality and competency required both by the community and the local and national industry, in order to actively cope with rapid changes in the environment. In pursuit of this mission, we conducted a research to develop a customized curriculum for the Department of Tax Accounting on the basis of NCS, to meet the needs of the industry. By analyzing the external circumstances, we implemented a research on the forecast of the demand on human resources, carried out a survey on the enterprises, and evaluated the internal capacity of our department. By the results of these procedures, core jobs were listed and the curriculum development committee including SME(Subject Matter Experts) was formed. Through the workshops, job definitions and job models were drawn, followed by the job verification. Courses, course profiles and the final curriculum table were completed referring to competency units, competency unit elements, Knowledge(K), Skills(S), and Attitude(A) for each core job. In the hope that this study will contribute to enhance the competitiveness of the Tax Accounting related departments, we also recommend that this kind of research on NCS－based curriculum development and operation should be conducted continuously so that the department curriculum could be improved by reflecting the changing needs of the industry.
