Abstract
This study investigated the influence of negative affect on managerial decision making. Especially, current study researched the relationship between the negative affect and the cognitivenarrowing, and focused the mechanism which are underlying in the pseudodiagnosticity bias byvirtue of cognitive narrowing. The results of this study are as below. The degree of the pseudodiagnosticity bias is higher when the degree of the negative affect is higher than lower.
