자원봉사의 주관적 가치인식과 인정경험이 직무만족에 미치는 영향

Abstract

The volunteerism is just one form of voluntary participation of citizens, who are essential element in civil society. This volunteering-work activity needs to premise the basic values such as altruism, voluntariness, and publicity. For continuous volunteering-work activity, it has to be closely related to job satisfaction through volunteering-work activity. However, prior research on this has not been done sufficiently enough. The purpose of this study was to examine effects of the subjective value awareness and the recognition experience in volunteer upon volunteer job satisfaction. The study showed that the volunteer job satisfaction was shown to be directly influenced by ‘altruism’ and ‘recognition experience,’ which are sub-variables in subjective value awareness of volunteering, and by ‘age’ and ‘appearance of continuance,’ which are variables in individual characteristics. Consequently, for forming discourse on positive value and necessity for volunteering work and for enhancing job satisfaction, the value education of volunteering work and the pursuit of emotionally recognition method should be strengthened. Furthermore, civil education for ordinary citizens should be stimulated.
