초록

Abstract

This study purports to examine empirically determinants of volunteers' satisfaction in their activities based on an analysis of the participatory behaviors of the members of Gumi-City Saemaul Movement Association. In that analysis, this study employed such factors like contextual factors(relation with others), perception on activity value, activism factors(motivation, duration, and participation in organizational decision-making), and individual background(sex, age, education, marital status) as independent variables, and examined the relative importance among them. The analytical result showed that the importance of the independent variables was participation in organizational decision-making, relations with others, and perception on activity value in order.
