Daegu city and Kyungpook province have tried to construct a food processing distribution complex for developing food industry. Before the construction, It is needed to know demand of the complex. By use of contingent valuation method, this study estimated food business’s WTP(Willingness To Pay) about moving in Daegu food processing distribution complex. Based on the logistic regression analysis, the estimated coefficients of suggestion cost and age variables are significantly different from zero at the 1% significance level. The estimated coefficient of work experience is significant at the 5% significance level, and the estimated coefficients of construction necessity, importance of complex extendability, importance of food taste and importance of food prices are significant at the 5% significance level. The final results show that an average WTP of moving in price is estimated 1.118 million won per 3.3㎡, and an average cutted WTP is estimated 1.045 millions won per 3.3㎡.
