초록

>ERP는 현재 국내의 대기업과 많은 중·소기업에서 도입되었거나, 도입을 검토하고 있으나, 그 도입에서 구축까지 많은 시간과 비용이 소요되며, 기업의 경영시스템 자체에도 커다란 영향을 미치고 있다. 국내기업들의 ERP 환경은 여러 가지 측면에서 상대적으로 영세하다. 전산시스템의 운영경험, 시스템 개발의 외부 의존도, 전산시스템 부문에 대한 투자, 시스템 개발의 신속성 등 정보시스템에 관련된 환경요인들에 있어서 여러 가지 문제점들이 제시되어지고 있는 실정이다.본 연구의 목적은 국내기업들이 도입활용하고 있는 ERP를 대상으로 하여 ERP 도입기업의 조직특성과 업무특성에 따라 ERP를 통해 산출되어지는 정보특성에 어떠한 영향을 미치는가를 분석함으로써 현재 ERP를 활용하고 있거나 향후 ERP를 활용하고자 하는 기업의 ERP 시스템 성과 평가에 유용하게 활용될 수 있을 것이다. 연구결과 국내 기업들이 보다 효율적인 ERP 활용을 하기위해서는 전반적인 기업조직문화를 분과화하여, 각 부문에서의 업무추진에 따른 책임소재를 분명히 하며, 이를 통한 부문간의 건전한 경쟁을 유도하여야 한다. 이러한 분권화에 따른 부문간의 경쟁은 보다 많은 ERP 활용과 이에 따른 산출정보에 의지하게 되며, 이는 보다 효율적인 ERP 활용으로 이어질 수 있게될 것이다. 또한 기업환경변화에 따른 경쟁력 강화와 외부환경의 불확실성으로 인하여 ERP 이용자들은 기존의 업무와 전혀 다른 새롭고 복잡한 업무를 접하게 된다. 이때 이러한 업무를 보다 효율적으로 해결할 수 있기 위하여 ERP 활용과 산출정보에 보다 많은 도움을 받게될 것이다. 따라서 부문간의 경쟁을 유도할 수 있는 겅전한 기업조직문화의 정착과 업무환경과의 유연성이 높은 ERP를 도입하여, ERP 산출정보 효과를 높이기 위한 지속적인 노력이 유지되어질 때 ERP의 유용성을 향상시킬 수 있을 것이다.

Abstract

>The purpose of this study is how the ERP has been efficiently utilizing in Business and analyzing the actual status of utilizing organizational characteristics and task characteristics have influence on the information characteristics of ERP.For this purpose, ERP characteristics variables are chosen from the existing study to use questionnaire.Result of this study, the decentralized organizational culture and difficulties of task are very important variables of effect on the performance of ERP.
