연구개발비지출이 기업이익과 기업가치에 미치는 영향 분석

초록

>본 연구는 기업을 유가증권시장과 코스닥 시장으로 구분하여 연구개발비지출이 기업이익과 기업가치에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 본 연구의 분석결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다.유가증권시장과 코스닥 시장의 제조업은 연구개발비 투자가 전반적으로 영업이익에 부(－)의 유의적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 반면에 연구개발비 투자가 전반적으로 기업가치에 정(＋)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이것은 유가증권시장과 코스닥 시장 모두 연구개발비 투자가 단기적으로 영업이익에 기여하지 못하고 있는 것으로 나타났지만, 기업가치에는 기여하는 것으로 분석되었다.

Abstract

>This research investigates the relationship between R&D accounting information, firm income and firm value.Research results are as follows. First, in regression analysis, the R&D expenditures of Stock Market's manufacturing firms affected operating income negatively, while the R&D expenditures of Stock Market's manufacturing firms affected firm value positively. Second, in regression analysis, the R&D expenditures of Kosaq Market's manufacturing firms affected operating income negatively, while the R&D expenditures of Kosaq Market's manufacturing firms affected firm value positively.
