DEA를 활용한 BSC관점의 효율성 분석에 관한 실증적 연구: 지역농협을 대상으로

본 연구는 경영혁신의 관리체계가 효율적으로 실행 및 운영되고 있는지를 평가함으로써 자율적인 혁신의 방안을 모색하고자 하였다. 이를 달성하기위해서 효율성을 측정하는 대표적인 기법인 자료포괄분석법(DEA)과 최근 경영관리기법으로 각광을 받고 있는 균형성과표(BSC)적 접근법을 사용하여 경영혁신 관리체계의 효율성을 측정하였다. 즉, 경영혁신의 기법으로서 BSC의 논리적 체계에 근거하여 효율성이라는 측면에서 경영혁신관리시스템을 평가함으로서 구체적인 경영혁신 방안과 시사점을 도출하고자 하였다. 실증분석 결과, 첫째, 단순 DEA(Super-SBM)모형 효율성과 본 연구모형의 하위 효율성과의 관계를 볼 때, 프로세스-고객의 효율성이 단순 DEA모형의 효율성과 가장 비슷하게 나타났다. 둘째, 본 연구모형 가운데 학습과 성장-프로세스의 효율성이 각 DMU들 사이에 가장 낮은 효율성의 편차를 나타냈다. 본 연구모형의 하위 효율성 가운데 가장 큰 차이를 나타내는 것이 고객-재무 효율성이다. 셋째, 현행의 농협중앙회의 경영평가 결과는 어떤 효율성 모형과도 유사한 결과를 나타내지 못하고 있다. 이는 현행의 농협중앙회의 지역농협 경영평가의 결과는 본질적이고 자율적인 경영혁신을 이끌어내기 어렵다는 것을 말한다고 할 수 있다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to evaluate the performance of agricultural cooperatives by using Data Envelopment Analysis(DEA) and Balanced Scorecard(BSC). The study emphasizes the importance of the review the Agri-coops in order help them make right decision and despite many previous methods for analyzing efficiency. So we analyzed the efficiency of the agri-coops with DEA & BSC. Conclusively, Each DMU is found to manage their companies effectively among the all DMU and there was no any correlation and through the result. Therefore we could realized that the result analyzed by DEA don`t exactly match financial rates which means that corporate`s management is inefficient.
