최근 세계적으로 경기침체 속에 금융산업은 국내외적으로 경쟁력을 갖춘 중앙 금융기관에 비하여 상대적으로 운영이 효율적이지 못한 대전지역농협들이 생존의 위기를 맞이하고 있다. 이에 따라 대전지역농협이 복잡 다양화된 경영환경 속에서 살아남기 위한 운영의 효율성에 기초한 생산성과 업무의 효율화를 개선하고 최적의 생산 규모를 갖추어야한다. 대전지역농협의 효율성 차원에서 내부에 존재하는 비효율적인 요소가 무엇인지 밝혀내고 이를 개선하여 운영의 효율성을 높이고 최적의 생산 규모를 제시함으로써 경쟁력을 회복하는 노력이 필요하다. 본 연구는 대전광역시 내 지역농협을 대상으로 선정하고, 각 대전지역농협의 운영효율성과 최적의 생산 규모 제시를 위해 DEA 기법을 사용하여분석 제시하였다. 본 연구의 초점은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 기존에 운영효율성과 관련된 연구방향 및 내용에 대한 개념을 기존의 발표 문헌을 바탕으로 본 연구의 목적에 부합하도록그 효율성 개념 및 최적의 생산 규모 제시와 관련한 기본개념을 정립하였다. 둘째, 대전지역농협 운영효율성을 측정하고 최적의 생산을 위한 관련 기법을 제시하였다. 셋째, 각대전지역 농협별로 비효율성에 대한 평가를 하였다. 본 논문에서는 개별 대전지역농협 내의 운영효율성 개선을 위한 요소 판단으로 좀 더 구체적인 비효율적인 요소를 파악하고이에 따른 대안으로 최적의 투입물 기준을 제시하여 측정된 대전지역농협의 효율화 산출치를 바탕으로 객관적인 대전지역농협들의 운영효율성 평가에 대한 문제점의 개선 방향을 제시한 연구이다.
Abstract
Amid the recent economic downturn in the world, regional Nonghyup in Daejeon are facing a crisis of survival in the financial industry, which are relatively inefficient in operation compared to central financial institutions that are competitive at home and abroad. Accordingly, the Daejeon regional Nonghyup should improve productivity and work efficiency based on operational efficiency to survive in a variety of competitive environments incomparable to the current business environment, and have an optimal production scale. In terms of the efficiency of regional Nonghyup in Daejeon, efforts are needed to restore competitiveness by identifying what inefficient factors exist inside, improving them to increase operational efficiency, and presenting the optimal production scale. This study selected regional Nonghyup in Daejeon City and analyzed and presented them using the DEA technique to present the operational efficiency and optimal production scale of each Daejeon regional Nonghyup. The focus of this study is as follows. First, the concept of efficiency and the basic concept related to the presentation of the optimal production scale were established so that the existing concept of research direction and content related to operational efficiency was suitable for the purpose of this study based on theories and literature. Second, based on the concept of operational efficiency of regional Nonghyup in Daejeon, the operational efficiency measurement technique of regional Nonghyup in Daejeon and the technique related to presenting the optimal production scale were presented. Third, inefficiency was evaluated for each regional Nonghyup in Daejeon. In this paper, more specific inefficient factors were identified by judging factors to improve the operational efficiency of individual regional Nonghyup in Daejeon, and the optimal input standard was presented as an alternative, and the direction of improvement of the problem in evaluating the operational efficiency of objective regional Nonghyup in Daejeon was suggested based on the measured efficiency calculation of regional Nonghyup in Daejeon.
