내ㆍ외부환경경영요인, 환경성과 및 경영성과간의 관계

초록

본 연구는 환경경영요인의 하위요인인 내부 환경경영 요인, 외부 환경경영요인, 그리고 환경경제 파급요인이 환경성과에 어떠한 영향을 미치는 지, 환경경영요인이 경영성과에 어떠한 영향을 미치는 지, 그리고 환경성과가 경영성과에 어떠한 영향을 미치는가를 확인하고자 하였다. 분석결과를 살펴보면 다음과 같다. 내부 환경경영요인의 자원능력과 내부적 대응, 외부 환경경영요인의 규제 및 인증제도와 경쟁기업의 환경경영활동은 내ㆍ외부 환경성과 모두에 유의적인 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 요인임을 알수 있었다. 경영성과에 대해 내부적 대응과 경쟁기업의 환경경영활동은 유의한 정(+)의 영향을미치는 것으로 나타났다. 경영성과에 대해 내부 환경성과는 유의적인 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났으나 외부 환경성과는 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과에 의하면 환경성과와 경영성과를 동시에 향상시키기 위해서는 기업 내부적으로는 환경문제에대한 내부적 대응체제를 구축하여야 하며, 기업 외부적으로는 환경문제와 관련하여 거래 및 경쟁기업 간 긴밀한 협력이 필요한 것으로 볼 수 있다.

Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to confirm that internal environmental management and external environmental management and environmental economic ripple factor as a sub-factors of environmental management factors are how it affects on environmental performance. also we tried to confirm that environmental management factors are how it affects on management performance. Finally, we tried to confirm that the environmental performance affects on the management performance. The results of the analysis are as follow. Capability of the internal environmental management factors and correspondence of internal resources, regulations of the external environment management factors and certification scheme, environmental management activities of competitors has been found to affect positive (+) effects on both internal and external of the environment. Environmental management activities of the competitors and the internal correspondence has been found to affect positive (+) on management achievements. Internal Environmental performance was shown to not have a significant effect on the management achievements, the external environment performance was found to affect positive (+). The findings of this study, in order to simultaneously improve management performance and environmental performance, the internal corporate, it is necessary to build the support system of the environmental problem, the external corporate, it was found that the close cooperation of competition companies and business with related to environmental issues.
