종합병원 신규간호사의 전환충격 경험에 대한 현상학적 연구

본 연구는 종합병원 신규간호사들이 겪는 전환충격 경험을 심층적으로 탐색하고, 그 현상학적 의미를 분석하고자 수행되었다. 연구 참여자는 종합병원에서 근무 중인 입사 1년 미만 신규 간호사 7명이었으며, 반구조화된 면담을 통하여 자료를 수집하였다. 수집된 자료는 Colaizzi의 현상학적 분석 절차에 따라 분석되었으며, 분석 결과 15개의 구성 진술, 6개의 주제, 3개의 주제모음이 도출되었다. 도출된 주제모음은 ‘이론과 임상 실무간의 괴리’, ‘업무와 일상생활의 불균형’, ‘과중한 업무 부담’로 나타났다. 이는 신규간호사의 전환충격 경험이 단순한 업무 불일치에 대한 혼돈을 넘어, 점진적인 업무 적응 훈련에 의한 직업 정체성의 정립과 간호근무환경의 인식 개선이 필요한 과정임을 시사한다. 본 연구는 종합병원 신규간호사의 전환충격을 완화하기 위한 효과적인 중재 방안 및 신규간호사 지원 체계 개발의 기초 자료로 활용될 수 있다.
Abstract
This study aimed to explore the transition shock experiences of newly graduated nurses in general hospitals and to analyze their phenomenological meaning. Eight newly graduated nurses with less than one year of experience working in general hospitals participated, and data were collected through semi-structured interviews. The collected data were analyzed according to Colaizzi's phenomenological analysis procedure, 15 formulated meanings, 6 themes, and 3 theme clusters. The theme clusters were identified as 'Discrepancy between theory and clinical practice', 'imbalance between work and daily life', and 'excessive workload'. This study can contribute as foundational data for understanding the transition shock of newly graduated nurses in general hospitals.
