4차 산업혁명 시대에 맞는 다양한 대학의 기업현장 적용 교육 모델이 제시가 되고 있다. 특히 새로운 교수법과 함께 많은 기업의 맞춤형 교육을 위한 다양한 교육 모델이 연구되면서 활용성을 높여가고 있다. 기업 현장에서 필요로 하는 역량을 위한 프로젝트 중심의 교수법에 대한 연구가 최근에 가장 많이 발전되어 지고 있는 분야이다. 본 연구에서 는 이러한 기업의 요구사항에 맞는 프로젝트 중심의 교수법에 대한 부분을 적용한 사례 중심의 교육과정 모델을 제안하 고자 한다. 특히 블록체인과 웹 개발자를 위한 기업 맞춤형 교육 모델을 통하여 산업체 중심의 교육과정 모델을 설계하 고 운영과정에 대한 사례를 중심으로 제안한다. 본 사례를 통한 모델은 산업체와 함께 심층 인터뷰 등을 통하여 현장에 맞는 교육과정 모델로 설계하여 운영이 되도록 구성하였다.
Abstract
In the era of the 4th industrial revolution, various universities' corporate field application education models are being presented. In particular, along with new teaching methods, various educational models for customized education of many companies are being studied, increasing their usability. Research on project-oriented teaching methods for competencies required in the field of business is the most developed field in recent years. In this study, we intend to propose a case-oriented curriculum model that applies the project-oriented teaching method to the requirements of these companies. In particular, we design an industry-oriented curriculum model through a company- customized education model for blockchain and web developers, and suggest the direction of development focusing on examples of the operation process. The model through this case was designed and operated as a curriculum model suitable for the field through in-depth interviews with industries, etc.
