본 연구의 목적은 국내·외 금융환경 변화가 ICT기업 수출액에 미치는 경제지표 요인을 검증하는데 있다. 과학기술정보통신부와 한국은행경제통계시스템에서 2020년 1월부터 2023년 4월까지 자료를 수집하여 분석하였다. 사용된변수는 ICT기업 수출액, 한국금리, 생산자물가지수, 수출물가지수, 총임금, 원/달러환율, 원/위안환율, 원/엔환율로 구성하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 미국의 자이언트 스텝 금리 인상에 따라 한국금리, 생산자물가지수, 수출물가지수, 총임금, 원/달러환율, 원/위안환율, 원/엔환율에 차이가 나타났다. 둘째, ICT기업 수출액에 미치는 영향력이 제일높은 경제변수는 한국금리로 나타났고, 다음으로 수출물가지수, 생산자물가지수, 총임금 순으로 나타났다. 셋째, ICT기업 수출액에 미치는 영향력이 제일 높은 환율변수는 원/위안환율로 나타났고, 다음으로 원/달러환율로 나타났다. 넷째, 한국금리가 감소할수록 ICT기업 수출액은 상승하지만, 원/위안환율이 이를 조절하는 것으로 나타났다. 다섯째, 수출물가지수가 증가할수록 ICT기업 수출액은 상승하지만, 원/엔환율이 이를 조절하는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 총임금이 증가할수록 ICT기업 수출액은 상승하지만, 원/엔환율이 이를 조절하는 것으로 나타났다. 이와 같은 연구 결과가 ICT산업에활용되어 국가 경쟁력 제고에 기여할 수 있는 토대가 되길 기대한다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to verify the economic indicator factors affecting the exports of ICT companies according to changes in the domestic and foreign financial environment. Data were collected and analyzed from January 2020 to April 2023 by the Ministry of Science and ICT and the Bank of Korea economic statistics system. The variables used were ICT company exports, Korean interest rate, producer price index, export price index, total wages, won/dollar exchange rate, won/yuan exchange rate and won/yen exchange rate. The results of the study are as follows. First, there were differences in Korean interest rates, producer price index, export price index, total wages, won/dollar exchange rate, won/yuan exchange rate and won/yen exchange rate due to the US Giant Step interest rate hike. Second, the economic variable that has the highest impact on ICT companies' exports was the Korean interest rate, followed by the export price index, producer price index and total wages in that order. Third, the exchange rate variable with the highest influence on ICT companies' exports was the won/yuan exchange rate, followed by the won/dollar exchange rate. Fourth, it was found that as the Korean interest rate decreases, ICT companies' exports increase, but the won/yuan exchange rate controls them. Fifth, as the export price index increases, ICT companies' exports increase, but the won/yen exchange rate controls it. In addition, as total wages increase, ICT companies' exports increase, but the won/yen exchange rate controls them. It is hoped that the results of this study will be utilized in the ICT industry and serve as a basis for contributing to the enhancement of national competitiveness.
