Gage R&R을 통한 KVMF 디스플레이 시험 방법 검증 및 개선 사례 연구

Abstract

This study deals with the improvement of process nonconformity and low process capability that occurred during the mass production of the KVMF project. During the review of the cause for process nonconformity, it was found that the measurement system had high variability, and Gage R&R was used to analyze this. Through the Gage R&R, it was identified that the variation between inspectors was very large, and it was confirmed that the reproducibility was insufficient due to the difference in the inspection method. In order to improve this, it was confirmed that by detailing the inspection method to reduce variation, process capability increased and variation among inspectors decreased.
