체류자격외 활동을 위한 매개 요인 연구: 결혼이민자의 가족취업을 중심으로

Abstract

Since the 2000s, Korea's immigration policy has been centered on economic efficiency, and humanitarian migration such as family reunion and family family immigration has not been noticed. However, due to the increase in marriage migrants, the problem of immigrated children has emerged as a social discourse of social integration, especially low birthrate and population cliffs, which predict the absolute shortage of the industrial population. In this article, I reviewed the discussions so far and the qualification of residence related employment, and analyzed the mediator factors affecting the expansion of the qualification of residence, focusing on marriage immigrant family employment, into three factors: economic factors, humanitarian factors, and social integration factors. In conclusion, non-restraint activities of marriage immigrant families influenced their qualification of residence due to economic factors, humanitarian factors, and social integration factors. The qualification of residence is a matter to be pursued by the enforcement ordinance rather than by the law, because the nature of the qualification of residence has been determined by social, economic, political and humanitarian factors.
