5인치 함포 KMK45의 구성품 중 슬라이드 몸체는 포열, 포미장치, 주퇴복좌기 조립체 등 사격계통 구성품이 조립되는 용접 구조물로 BAE Systems로부터 도입하였으나, 5인치 함포를 국내 생산하고 있는 현대위아에서 국산화율 향상 및 생산 일정 단축을 위하여 2016년 11월부터 일반부품국산화 개발사업을 통해 국산화 개발을 진행하고 있다. 앞서 언급한 주요 부품들을 슬라이드 몸체에 조립하여 슬라이드 조립체를 구성한 후, 전체 조립공정에 들어가기 전에 일반탄 사격시험은 국방과학연구소 안흥시험장에서 실시하고, 고압탄 사격시험은 미해군 시험장에서 수행한다. 본 연구에서는 현재 미해군 시험장에서 수행하고 있는 고압탄 사격시험을 국내 전환하여, 국내 시험환경에서 수행가능토록 고압탄 사격에 대한 시험평가 체계를 개발하였다.
Abstract
Among KMK45 components, the slide body is a welding structure in which firing system components such as gun barrel, gun barrel housing, and recoil-counterrecoil assembly are assembled and was introduced by BAE Systems, but Hyundai Wia, which produces KMK45 in Korea, has been developing localization through a localization development project for general parts since November 2016 to improve the localization rate and shorten the production schedule. Previously, the main components mentioned above were assembled on the slide body (introduction) to form a slide assembly, and then a general ammunition firing test was conducted at Anheung test site of the Agency for Defense Development, and a high-pressure firing test was completed at the U.S. Navy firing test site before being put into the assembly process. It is proposed to develop a test and evaluation for high-pressure ammunition firing test so that it can be carried out in a domestic test environment.
