이혼 위기부부를 대상으로 한 이마고 부부관계치료: 위기문제의 본질 인식 및 수용 과정

초록

본 연구는 이혼을 고려중인 실제의 위기부부들이 커플별로 이마고 부부관계치료의 전체 과정을 마친 후의 기록물을 이용해서 그들이 치유과정에서 경험한 위기문제의 본질 인식 및 수용 과정을 깊이 있게 이해하고자 한 것이었다. 부부관계치료의 참여자는 30대부터 60대까지의 20쌍의 커플들이었으며, 연구 자료는 2011년 4월부터 2013년 10월까지의 치료과정 기록물이었고, 모두 이마고 부부관계치료의 Couples Workshop Manual에 입각하여 커플마다 매 회기 90분 정도 소요되는 심층면담(치료)과정을 9-12회 정도 진행되었던 것들이었다. 기록물의 분석은 연구 참여자의 개별적 고유경험의 본질과 구조를 도출하고자 질적 연구방법 중 Giorgi의 현상학적 방법을 채택하였다. 연구 결과, 커플 상담 참여자들의 기술로부터 75개의 의미단어, 4개의 구성요소<일차적 상처: 원 가족에서의 상처, 이차적 상처: 결혼생활에서의 상처, 일차적 상처와 이차적 상처가 결합된 누적된 상처경험, 상처 인식과 수용> 및 15개의 하위구성요소가 도출되었고, 이는 위기부부가 이마고 부부관계치료를 통해 상처의 본질을 잘 이해하고 수용하였음을 시사한다.

Abstract

This study was to understand the awareness and acceptance process about the nature of the crisis problem that they experienced in the healing process by using the records after the real crisis couples who are considering divorce to the difficulty of the marital relationship are completing the entire course of Imago Couples Relationship Therapy (ICRT). Couples participants were couples of 20 pairs of the 30-60 generations in the course of treatment from April 2011 to October 2013, and All of that was processed for 9-12 times with about 90 minutes per couple in each session on the basis of Couples Workshop Manual(Hendrix, 2006). The analysis of records adopted the Giorgi's phenomenological method. As the research result, The 75 meaning words, 4 components and 15 sub-components were drawn. It suggested that the crisis couples understood and accepted the nature of the wound by ICRT.
