기술금융 평가정보를 활용한 고직접고용 중소기업의 결정요인에 대한 연구

기술금융 평가정보를 활용하여 고직접고용 중소기업의 사전적(Ex-ante) 결정요인을 도출하였다. 업력 7년이하의 창업기업군을 대상으로 의사결정나무 모형 중 C5.0 기법을 적용하여 분석한 결과 기술우위성, 시장현황, 시장경쟁력 평가정보는 업종과 관련 없이 고직접고용 중소기업에 대한 중요 결정요인으로 도출되었다. 제조업군에서는 중소기업의 자본구조와 재정상태 및 생산시설 규모와 관련이 있는 자본참여도와 생산역량 평가정보가결정요인으로 선별되었으며, 非제조업군에서는 경영진의 영업능력과 인적자본 중심의 업종 특성이 반영된경영진 전문성 및 연구개발투자 평가정보가 결정요인으로 편입되었다. 모형의 정확성은 제조업군 85.45%, 非제조업군 76.73%로 제조업군의 모형 정확성이 상대적으로 높았으며, 고직접고용 중소기업에 대한 기술금융평가정보의 활용 가능성을 확인할 수 있었다.
Abstract
The determinants of high-direct-employment SMEs were derived by using the technology financing appraisal information. The C5.0 method of decision tree model was analyzed for startup companies with less than 7 years of experience. As a result, the appraisal information of technology superiority, market status, and market competitiveness was derived as an important determinant for highdirect- employment SMEs regardless of the industry. In the manufacturing industry, information on capital involvement and production capacity, which are related to the capital structure and financial status of SMEs and the size of production facilities, were selected as determinants. In the non-manufacturing industry, management expertise and R & D investment information reflecting management's sales capabilities and human capital-oriented industry characteristics were included as determinants. The accuracy of the model was 85.45% in the manufacturing industry group and 76.73% in the non-manufacturing industry group. In addition, it was possible to confirm the applicability of technology financing appraisal information to high- direct-employment SMEs
