한국에서의 재해 리스크 영향요인과 관리방안 - 전국모형을 중심으로 -

본 연구에서는 재해 리스크를 취약요인과 능력요인으로 구분하고 선행연구들과 각각의 요인들에 대한 사전 검증과 실증분석을 통해 재해 리스크와 관련된 요인들을 도출하여 전국모형을 중심으로 한국에서의 재해 리스크 영향요인과 관리방안을 제시했다. 실증분석 결과, 회귀계수 부호가 일치하고 유의수준 5%에서 통계적으로 의미가 있는 요인들인 임야, 기반시설, 산림, 의료기관 변수들을 대상으로 법·제도적 측면, 요인별 관리측면으로 재해리스크 관리방안을 제시했다.
Abstract
As the regression coefficient code and the significance variables at the 5% level, there are four significance variables which are woods & fields area, the infrastructure, the forest area and the medical institution. And I proposed disaster risk management methods of these factors. I have proposed the management methods of vulnerable factors. ⅰ) a plan for prepared landslide to the woods& fields area to themanagement methods of woods & fields area. ⅱ) installed rain treatment facilities in the parking lots, removal of the factors that the road and bridge damage, systematic management of water supply facilities and disaster-related data, durability of water supply facilities strengthening, the waste pipe expansion, increased pumping stations to the management methods of the infrastructure. I have proposed the management methods of ability factors. ⅰ) ways to planting trees and managing forests to match with the surrounding ecosystem to the management methods of the forest area, ⅱ) emergency goods and basic items of the medical provision to the disaster, the cooperation and collaboration each medical institutions and among the medical institutions and governments to the management methods of the medical institution.
