KSL과 KFL 학습 환경에 따른 비대면 실시간 온라인 한국어 수업에서 교수 실재감이 수업 만족도에 미치는 영향 연구

비대면 실시간 온라인 수업이 확대됨에 따라 본고는 학습자를 한 국에 입국하여 한국어를 학습한 KSL 학습자와 한국에 입국하지 않고 해외에서 한국어를 학습한 KFL 학습자로 구분하여 이 두 집 단의 학습자가 인지하는 교수 실재감과 수업 만족도를 비교하고 교수 실재감과 수업 만족도 간의 상관성을 알아보는 데 목적이 있 다. 검증 결과, 교수 실재감과 수업 만족도의 상관성이 강함이 검 증되었는데 이는 교수 실재감이 높아짐에 따라 수업 만족도도 높 아진다는 것을 의미한다. 즉 학습자 자신이 교수자와 함께 수업하 고 있다고 인지하는 정도가 수업 만족도에 영향을 끼친다는 것이 다. 또한 KSL 집단의 교수 실재감은 수업 만족도의 하위 영역 중 타인 추천 의향, 전반적인 프로그램 만족도, 성취감과 강한 상관성 이 있었다. 동일한 집단의 학습자를 대상으로 한 기존 연구들과 달리 본고에 서는 학습 환경이 다른 KSL과 KFL 학습자를 대상으로 교수 실재 감과 수업 만족도를 상관성으로 살펴보았다는 점과 비대면 실시 간 수업에서 두 집단 학습자의 수업 만족도를 높이기 위해 고려되 어야 할 시사점을 찾았다는 점에서 의미가 있다고 하겠다.
Abstract
This study compares and verifies the correlation between class satisfaction and the teaching presence of two different groups of learners for non-face-to-face real-time online classes; KSL learners who study the Korean language in Korea and KFL learners who study the Korean language abroad. As a result of this study, KSL learners were higher than the KFL learners in both teaching presence and class satisfaction there was a strong correlation between the two groups' class satisfaction and the teaching presence. Among the two groups, KSL learners had a higher level of satisfaction and teaching presence than the other group. The KSL group's teaching presence also showed a strong correlation with other people's recommendation intention, overall program satisfaction, and achievement among class satisfaction, indicating that the role of instructors greatly affects class satisfaction and learners' achievement. This shows that learning the Korean language in Korea makes learners feel a stronger teaching presence and higher class satisfaction than learning the language abroad. Additionally, a teacher should support learners through various agendas and assignments and guide them to better understand the subject of study, so the learners can participate more actively and feel satisfied.
