중년기 근로자의 은퇴불안에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구- 여가활동의 조절효과를 중심으로 -

초록

본 연구는 중년기 근로자를 대상으로 직장에서의 자기정체성에 대한 인식과 직장 내 직무개발기회가 은퇴불안에 미치는 영향을 확인하는데 목적이 있다. 아울러 생산적·소비적 여가활동을 조절변수로 설정함으로써 직장에서의 자기정체성과 직무개발기회가 은퇴불안에 미치는 영향을 생산적·소비적 여가활동이 조절하는지 검증하고자 하였다. 본 연구를 위해 만40세 이상∼59세 미만의 근로자 300명을 대상으로 자료를 수집하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 중년기 근로자의 자기정체성과 직무개발 기회는 은퇴불안에 유의한 영향관계가 있는 것으로 파악되었다. 둘째, 생산적 여가활동이 직무개발기회가 은퇴불안 간의 영향관계에서 유의미한 조절효과가 나타났다. 셋째, 소비적 여가활동이 자기정체성과 은퇴불안 간의 영향관계에서 통계적으로 유의미한 조절효과를 보였다. 본 연구는 중년기 근로자에게 곧 다가올 은퇴에 대한 긴장과 불안에 미치는 선행요인을 파악한 연구로써의 시사점을 가지며, 여가활동이 은퇴불안에 줄이는 역할을 할 수 있다는 관계를 밝혀낸 최초의 연구라는 점에서 본 연구의 의의가 있다.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of self-identity and job development opportunities at work on retirement anxiety among middle-aged workers. In addition, productive and consumptive leisure activities were selected as moderating variables, and the effects of self-identity and job development opportunities on retirement anxiety were examined by moderating effect of productive and consumptive leisure activities. For this study, data were collected from 300 workers aged 40 to 59. The results of this study are as follows: First, the self - identity and job development opportunities of middle - aged workers have significant influence on retirement anxiety. Second, there was a significant moderating effect on the relationship between job development opportunities and retirement anxiety in productive leisure activities. Third, consumptive leisure activities showed a statistically significant moderating effect on the relationship between self-identity and retirement anxiety. This study suggests that it is a study that examines the factors leading to the tension and anxiety of the upcoming retirement to middle - aged workers. In addition, this study is significant in that it is the first study to reveal the relationship between leisure activities and retirement anxiety.
