e-Learning Community의 상호작용이 학습 만족도에 미치는 영향

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to investigate how the interaction affect learner's satisfaction in e-Learning community. The study was conducted in e-Learning community(cultural subjects of E Cyber University, Practical Chinese) as interaction was energetic, the learner was amply satisfied. This conclusion was equal at the end of a term and later. Specially individual feedback, chatting, individual announcement and e-mail had a noticeable effect. But this study was restrictive in no reflection of learner-contents interaction due to VOD contents and qualitative method due to small scale of learners.
