채만식의 옥랑사 연구 - 역사인식과 현실인식의 상관성을 중심으로

Abstract
The purpose of this study was to investigate the interrelation between the historical consciousness and the recognition of the reality focused on <Ongnangsa(玉娘祠)> in Chae, Man-sik's historical narratives. As a results, the protagonist became common subject through the adventure of time. But there was a pessimistic view of history because he taked a skeptical view about the people's potentials and common actions. And the protagonist disclosed a mental regression. Therefore, it was the core of Chae's historical consciousness that korean history was the order of injustices. This consciousness based on Chae's a understanding of the realty that not found a propelling subject of history and a vision of the future.
