‘민요부르기’의 현장적 의미 -전북 지역 민요가창자와의 면담조사 내용을 중심으로-

Abstract

I think that in order to maintain the site where folksongs stand in modern society, and to further expand and explore new developments, the act of accurately exploring reality, not nostalgia for the past, should take precedence. The basic direction of the study was to grasp the current folksong situation[location] by projecting the relationship between the individual existence and the song, and the relationship between the community and the song on the essence of the song, encompassing folksong. The method is to visit the site where folksongs are being sung and explore how folksongs are related to their individual and society at the level of groups and individuals through their language. Two objectives were set and field investigations were carried out. First, the current singing group of folksongs is to identify which reasons, purposes and methods they select and accept, and what meanings they create collectively. Second, in order to grasp the degree of folksong internalization of individual singers singing folksongs, the narration and sensibility of the singers, the aspect of their daily use and the meaning of their self-imposed meaning are secured in their speech. The survey site is a group of folksongs of village units located in Wanju county 完州郡 and Imsil county 任実郡 in North Chŏlla province 全羅北道. The influence, meaning, and status of folksongs on individuals and individuals in these two regions were examined by securing and interpreting the language of groups and individuals that have continued to sing folksongs in these two regions: the opportunity to accept folksongs, the method and degree of relationship, awareness and behavior.
