The study analyzes the current state of Dong Gang International Photo Festival, which is renowned for Dong Gang Photo Village, the home of photography to all over the world and the differentiating strategies employed by the members of the committee of Dong Gang International Photo Festival to have get started in the Yeongwol city ever sine 2002. More importantly, to propose the viable strategy, what is called 'Globality or Globalization' making it possible to get into the world of the Photo Festival more efficiently. Also, Dong Gang International Photo Festival attempted to strategically differenciate itself from other festivals through such means as 'Localization' and 'Specialization'. which has constituted ever since 2006. To enhance the further development of Dong Gang International Photo Festival within the competitive situation will require additional emphasis onf what differentiate it from other convocations, namely its unique statue as the most prestigious, equipped by localization and specialization strategies, Dong Gang Photo Festival in Korea making an effort to gain and promote the fame for the world-famous photo festival across national frontiers.
